How to Make a Blow Off Tube

Here is the completed Blow Off Tube used

in a 7.5 gallon fermenter. The bottom is in

a ½ gallon growler with some water in it.

The parts needed are

1 piece of ¾” CPVC 20 inches long

1 piece of ¾” CPVC 7 inches long

2 CPCV ¾” 90 degree elbows

1 piece of 1” ID (inside diameter) clear vinyl tube 1 ½” long

Push the vinyl tube onto one elbow.

This forms the seal for your fermenter.

Assemble as shown and your good to go…

DON’T glue the joints just push them in tight.

This way it is easy to take apart and clean.
